For Rest & Rejuvenation
This soothing meditation helps you to naturally unwind from your busy day by de-cluttering your mind, calming down your breathing pattern and allowing your body to relax and just let go. It’s a wonderful opportunity for you to feel nurtured and supported as you gently drift off into a deep sleep.
- Go through your normal bedtime routine first e.g. have a shower, brush your teeth, put on your night attire etc.
- Minimise distractions and interruptions where possible ie. Turn off your TV, computer and radio and advise your family/partner/roommates/housemates that you’ll be meditating until you fall asleep.
- Hop into bed or wherever you’re choosing to sleep and get into a comfortable lying down position, before starting the meditation.
