Helpful Hints

  1. Get into a comfortable position before starting the meditation.
  2. Minimise distractions where possible ie. Turn off your phone; find a quiet space and clear a time for yourself where there will be no interruptions.
  3. Light a candle or some tea lights in your quiet meditative space that you have created for yourself.
