If you struggle dealing with matters of the heart or lack self-esteem or find it difficult to love and accept yourself, then this gentle, comforting guided meditation is designed specifically for you. It creates a wonderful opportunity for a deep healing to occur. It will leave you feeling loved, nurtured and supported at a heart level.
- Get into a comfortable position before starting the meditation.
- Minimise distractions where possible ie. Turn off your phone; find a quiet space and clear a time for yourself where there will be no interruptions.
- Light a candle or some tea lights in your quiet meditative space that you have created for yourself.
