For Healing Grief & Loss
This gentle, comforting guided meditation supports those who have experienced a huge emotional loss in their life and a chance to safely move through their passage of grief. Having a chance to reconnect with a deceased loved one in this safe and protected environment, provides an opportunity for personal healing to occur on many levels.
- Light some candles.
- Have a photo of a deceased loved one with you as you meditate. (This is optional. You need to do what feels right for you).
- Get into a comfortable position before commencing the meditation. Minimise distractions where possible. i.e. Turn off your phone; find a quiet space and clear a time for yourself where there will be no interruptions.
